01Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using Voxance ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement.
02Service Usage & Conduct
Voxance provides VoIP (Voice over IP) calling services. You agree to use the service responsibly:
- Lawful Use: You may not use the Service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or threatening behavior.
- No Robocalling: Automated dialing, mass broadcasting (spam), and telemarketing without consent are strictly prohibited.
- Termination: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts found violating these policies without prior notice.
03Billing & Payments
Our service operates on a prepaid credit basis:
- Credits: You must purchase credits before making calls. Rates vary by destination and are subject to change without notice.
- Non-Refundable: Except where required by law or our specific Refund Policy, unused credits are non-refundable.
- Expiration: Credits do not expire as long as the account remains active (at least one login every 12 months).
04Service Limitations
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, you acknowledge that:
- Connection quality relies on your local internet connection (Wi-Fi/4G/5G).
- We are not liable for service outages caused by third-party ISPs or cloud providers.
- Maintenance windows may cause brief interruptions.
!No Emergency Calls
Voxance is NOT a replacement for traditional telephone services. It cannot be used to dial Emergency Services (911, 112, 999, etc.). You must maintain a separate method for contacting emergency services.
06Refund Policy
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for initial credit purchases if you are unsatisfied with call quality.
- Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds are not applicable if you have used more than 50% of the purchased credit.
